At NJ Wonders, all proceeds from merchandise sales help support our nonprofit mission and community programs. We appreciate your support and strive to make our shipping process clear and reliable.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand (such as tournaments, fundraisers, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email. Pre-Orders have their own schedule. Please read Pre-Order details before ordering.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Order size and weight
Shipping destination
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. NJ Wonders is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
NJ Wonders is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Non-Profit Notice
As a non-profit organization, all merchandise sales directly support NJ Wonders’ programs and initiatives. While we do our best to assist with shipping issues, purchases help fund our mission and may not be eligible for refunds related to carrier delays.
